Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of the AVIZ.ME websites and AI application, including accounts, credits, payments, uploaded content, and generated images. By creating an account, buying credits, or using the service, you accept these terms.

The service
AVIZ.ME provides an automated tool for creating visual concepts for property, architecture, interiors, and renovation. The service includes generating variants and, when a variant is selected, generating a final image.
Results are AI concepts, not architectural plans, construction documents, technical specifications, bills of quantities, or professional advice. They may contain inaccuracies, impossible details, differences from the source image, or materials that do not exist in reality. Always have the result checked by an appropriate professional before construction, purchase, advertising, or other material use.
Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering into a contract. If you use the service for a company or another organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these terms.
You are responsible for securing your account and for activity performed through it. Do not share access, and contact support@aviz.me if you suspect unauthorised use.
Credits
Generations use credits. The credit cost of an action is displayed in the application before confirmation. Credits are added after payment confirmation and have no cash value, do not earn interest, and cannot be transferred or resold.
An unused account credit balance expires 12 months after the latest successful credit top-up. A new successful top-up starts a new 12-month period for the available balance. Credits provided free of charge or as compensation may have separate conditions displayed when they are granted.
Following a technical failure, the application may restore a consumed credit automatically. This is an account-credit restoration, not a monetary refund. A credit used for a successfully delivered generation is not restored merely because you prefer another style or subjectively dislike an otherwise valid AI result.
Purchases and 2Checkout
Credit-pack purchases are sold and processed by 2Checkout, the trading name of the applicable Verifone Payments entity. 2Checkout acts as Merchant of Record and authorised distributor or reseller. The contract for the specific purchase is between you and the 2Checkout entity identified at checkout, under the terms displayed there.
2Checkout handles payment, sales tax or VAT, invoicing, payment checks, monetary refunds, and chargeback procedures. AVIZ.ME does not receive or store your complete payment-card details.
The price, currency, taxes, pack, and terms shown by 2Checkout immediately before payment govern that purchase. If payment is rejected, cancelled, refunded, or reversed, we may withhold or remove the related unused credits and restrict an account where there is reasonable evidence of abuse.
Withdrawal and monetary refunds
Requests to withdraw from or receive a monetary refund for a purchase must be submitted to 2Checkout through its shopper account or official support channels and are considered under the terms and refund policy shown at purchase.
AVIZ.ME does not provide a separate voluntary money-back guarantee for credits used for successfully delivered generations or for subjective dissatisfaction with an otherwise valid AI result. This does not restrict any withdrawal, conformity, refund, or other right that cannot be excluded under applicable law, or any right provided by 2Checkout.
Your content
You retain your rights in the photographs, text, and other content you upload. You must hold all rights and permissions needed to use it, including where it contains personal data, identifiable people, third-party property, or protected works.
You grant AVIZ.ME a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, transform, and transmit the content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service, including through our cloud and AI providers. This right ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except for limited backups or where retention is legally required.
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful content, special-category personal data without a valid legal basis, or images of people where you lack the right to perform the requested processing.
Generated results and usage rights
You may use results generated for you for personal and commercial purposes to the extent permitted by law and third-party rights. AVIZ.ME grants you all rights in the result that it can lawfully grant.
Because of the nature of AI, we do not guarantee that a result is unique, qualifies for copyright protection, does not resemble another result, or can be used without affecting third-party rights. You decide whether and how to use it and are responsible for necessary checks, permissions, and disclosures.
Do not present a generated image as a photograph of a property's current real condition where that could mislead a buyer, tenant, or other party. In advertising or public presentation, clearly identify it as a visual concept where the context requires this.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal purposes, infringement, fraud, misleading property listings, harassment, creation of illegal sexual content, bypassing limits, automated exhaustion of capacity, resale of access, attacks, or attempted unauthorised access.
We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably suspect a violation, risk to the service, fraud, or a legal requirement. Where reasonable, we will provide an opportunity to explain or remedy the issue.
Availability and changes
The service is provided subject to availability. Queues, maintenance, provider limits, interruptions, and failed generations may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a specific processing time, or that every request will be accepted by an AI provider.
We may improve, replace, or discontinue features and change future prices and credit costs. Changes do not affect a completed purchase except where necessary by law, for security, or to prevent abuse.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVIZ.ME is not responsible for construction, investment, purchase, sale, material, or design decisions made from an AI result, or for indirect loss, lost profit, or data loss that could reasonably have been avoided through verification or backup.
For consumers, nothing in these terms limits mandatory statutory rights. For business users, AVIZ.ME's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount paid for credits during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and use of the service are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer, you retain the protection of mandatory provisions in the country where you habitually reside and any rights concerning competent courts granted by applicable consumer law.
Contact support@aviz.me first about a service dispute. For a payment, invoice, withdrawal, or monetary refund, use 2Checkout's channels. You may also contact the competent consumer-protection authority.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service, providers, or law changes. The new version and its date will be published here. Material changes will apply going forward and, where required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
